SHIPPING INFO
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 before taxes to orders shipping within Canada & the United States. If your purchase is $100 or more, please enter the following coupon code on the check out page: freeship-can (for Canadian orders) or freeship-usa (for American orders).
For orders under $100, shipping within Canada is $11, to the United States is $16 & to all other countries is $30. Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 days. Shipping is by Canada Post Expedited Parcel and delivery time will vary depending on your location. Within Canada: 1-10 days; United States: 3-14 days; International: 7-21 days.
TAXES
Taxes will be added to your purchase depending on where the order is being shipped. Within Ontario: 8% PST and 5% GST will be added to your subtotal. Orders shipped to NS, NB & NFLD: 13% HST will be added, and everywhere else within Canada: 5% GST will be added. Orders shipped to the United States as well as International orders will not be taxed.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly refund it (sale items excluded). We offer exchange or credit note for returned sale items. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a Return Authorization Number. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with any packing and tags intact. Write your RA# on the package and be sure to ensure the shipment is sufficiently insured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
